Job summary

Dowbuilt is hiring Laborers to help build one-of-a-kind architecture. As a Dowbuilt laborer, you’re integral to our projects, keeping jobsites clean and safe and supporting the crew with loading materials and tools.

We offer competitive pay of $25.00-$30.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with employer contribution, holidays, PTO, tool stipend, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and U.S. work authorization.
• Basic understanding of job site organization and safety procedures.
• Willingness to follow direction and perform work as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean up the site, load/unload materials, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.
• Provide assistance with sitework such as digging trenches.
• Be proactive about what needs to be done first and next.
• Work in an organized fashion and be accountable for your work.
• Clearly communicate ideas and information; stay inquisitive and resourceful.
