Job summary

Trillium Construction seeks experienced Construction Laborers and Spotters for a new data center project in Benton, LA. Work includes directing equipment, flagging, and supporting operators on a commercial site.

Schedule is Monday–Saturday, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) with roughly 50 hours per week and overtime as needed. Candidates with 2+ years in commercial construction and pre-employment screenings are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for dependable workers with 2+ years of experience working in a commercial construction environment. Spotters will be working to assist operators by directing and spotting equipment, flagging and controlling traffic around the worksite.

Pay & Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday
• 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Approximately 50 hours per week
• $36.00/hour
• $120/day worked up to 5 days, 7-days paid if 6 days are worked.

• Verifiable experience working in commercial construction setting
