• Prepare and clean job sites, debris removal, organizing tools.
• Assist with demolition and site setup.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed.
• Support skilled trades by providing materials and performing simple tasks.
• Arrive on time and follow supervisor instructions.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously.
• Work independently or as part of a team per project needs.
• Follow all jobsite safety protocols and wear PPE.
