Amrize is seeking a Laborer to join our team to perform general maintenance work and support production under the supervision of the Production Manager. This role involves outdoor work, operating light equipment, handling materials, and assisting with quarry and yard operations.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and, ideally, skid steer experience. A focus on safety and teamwork is essential, with benefits including health coverage and a strong retirement program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skid steer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate product problems and information.
• Perform several types of manual work.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate automotive vehicles when required.
• Shovel spillage around conveyors.
• Monitor and restock office supplies; assist with other administrative tasks as required.
• Support daily quarry, crushing, screening, washing and aggregate yard operations.
• Assist equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
