Responsibilities include site preparation, material handling, tool usage, assisting skilled trades, loading/unloading, and maintaining clean work areas while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required.
• At least 1 year of experience with materials (concrete, soil, asphalt).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks all day.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites; valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and a DISA drug test.
• Open to overtime work and maintain strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and debris removal.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist skilled trades personnel (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as directed.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions.
• Support daily project activities to ensure timelines and productivity goals are met.
