Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience or more.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks all day.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and a DISA drug test.
• Open to overtime and able to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist skilled trades personnel as directed (carpenters, electricians, equipment operators, technicians, etc.)
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions
• Support daily project activities to ensure timelines and productivity goals are met
