Qualifications

• Previous construction experience (1 year) preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks all day.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
• Must pass background check and DISA drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist skilled trades personnel as directed (carpenters, electricians, equipment operators, technicians, etc.)
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions
• Support daily project activities to ensure timelines and productivity goals are met
