Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in construction or a related trade
• Capable of working in crawlspaces/basements for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted; more with assistance
• Basic understanding of construction processes, tools, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in operating various construction equipment and power tools; safe use

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as directed
• Navigate crawlspaces, basements, and confined spaces safely
• Perform installation tasks per Foreman's instructions within timelines
• Safely manage TerraFirma property (products, tools, equipment)
• Operate TerraFirma vehicles safely and legally
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for project execution
