Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join our Sparks, NV project on a full-time basis. The Laborer will support the operations team by cleaning and preparing the worksite, assisting safety, handling materials, and aiding carpenters with various tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of construction experience, can lift 50–100 lbs, and are able to work in an OSHA-compliant environment. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction experience.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Understand safety and general construction knowledge.
• Support field supervision with primary assistance.
• Read/write and work on uneven surfaces/heights.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the worksite.
• Assist safety team.
• Handle and move jobsite materials.
• Assist carpenters with projects.
• Help loading and unloading deliveries.
