Job summary

Holder Construction in Sparks, NV is seeking a Laborer to join our Operations team on a full-time project. You will assist with site cleaning, material handling, and supporting carpenters while upholding safety standards.

This role requires 1 year of construction experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and the stamina to work outdoors with potential overtime. We value punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work in an OSHA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Possess 1-year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to our field supervision.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.
