Job summary

Trans Ash, based in Mount Storm, WV, is hiring a full‑time general laborer to support construction and site preparation. You will load materials, dig trenches, and operate basic equipment under the supervision of the superintendent.

We offer weekly pay, benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, boot allowance, and safety glasses reimbursement. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather. Valid driver’s license and drug test pass are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry

Certifications

Heavy equipment certifications are a plus

Requirements

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to walk slopes and uneven terrain

Valid driver’s license

At least 18 years of age

Ability to pass a drug test, MVR check, and background check

Comfortable working in a construction environment
