Job summary

Sargent is seeking Laborers in the Piedmont Triad area. No experience required; travel throughout the region on infrastructure projects. You will perform outdoor manual labor using rakes, shovels, compactors, and related tools.

We offer extensive benefits, a wellness program, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Travel expenses are covered and you’ll be home most weekends, with a schedule of 10-hour shifts and a starting pay of around $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Construction experience: 1 year preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel region-wide to support infrastructure projects (landfills, airports, site development).
• Perform outside manual labor with rakes, shovels, and compactors.
• Travel expenses paid; home every weekend.
