Job summary

Crowder-Constructors-Inc is seeking a Laborer to support multiple crafts on heavy civil construction projects in North Carolina. The role involves assisting with concrete work, site clean-up, and following safety guidelines on busy job sites.

You will need to be 18+, able to pass a drug test, and legally eligible to work in the US. Travel to various project sites may be required; hand tools must be provided by the worker.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• Must provide own hand tools (excluding power tools) and have transportation to/from jobsite.
• May be expected to travel to multi-state projects.

Responsibilities

• Move discharge chute off truck to direct concrete into forms and spread concrete.
• Spread concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel.
• May clean out ditches and remove concrete forms; perform manual labor.
• Assist skilled laborers and follow directions.
• May assist in the erection and removal of falsework and formwork.
• Carry and clean materials as directed; may shovel or rake materials.
• Must be safety minded and adhere to safety policies, including trench safety.
