Qualifications

• Must be safety-minded and able to work outdoors in varying weather environments.
• Must adhere to company safety procedures and policies.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 5% of the time; 50 lbs, 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Perform physical labor and construction duties as directed.
• Learn safety aspects of working around explosives and construction sites.
• Pump blast holes dry with a water pump and load/unload explosives as needed.
• Attend meetings and report work hours with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
