An established industry player is seeking a Construction Laborer Lead Field Trainer to join a dynamic team. Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Construction Laborer Lead Field Trainer to join a dynamic team impacting the entire organization! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the coordination, instruction, classroom, and field management of the Mortenson Registered Apprenticeship Program. This role serves as a subject matter expert for the delivery of the Construction Labor curriculum and primary contact for their representative Operating Group leadership teams for the Apprenticeship Program.

The base pay range for this role is $76,800 - $103,700. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
