Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation is seeking a Construction Laborer to support on-site activities for commercial and residential projects, initially in the King of Prussia area with plans to transition to Greater Harrisburg. Duties include moving materials, site cleaning, setting up barricades, and assisting with concrete or asphalt work under supervision.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to perform physical tasks, and willingness to work as part of a construction team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Experience in construction work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform digging, lifting, climbing ladders/stairs, and entering trench excavations.
• Basic hand tools will be provided; list shown at interview.
• Must track hours and tasks via mobile device.
• Completion of Vo-Tech or trade school is preferred but not required.
• OSHA certification is preferred and should be obtained within one year of employment.

• Sweeps and cleans the job site area.
• Holds and positions materials for installation by team members.
• Sets up barricades, scaffolding, and fencing.
• Assists with mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete/asphalt or other materials.
• Assists with renovations and misc. labor tasks for Property Management projects.
• Maintains inventory, organization, and cleanliness of storage trailers and tools on site.
• If skilled, measures and cuts materials under supervision.
• If skilled, operates company vehicles and related equipment as directed.

We are looking for team members to join our construction team for projects in the King of Prussia area, with the expectation of transitioning to future projects in the Greater Harrisburg area after construction is complete.

Requirements

What we are looking for from you...

• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

• Must have basic hand tools - List will be provided at time of interview
• Must be able to keep track of working hours and assigned tasks via mobile device
• Experience/Education at a Vo-Tech or Trade School is highly preferred but not required
