Sundt Construction is seeking a Basic Laborer to support a border fence panel installation crew near Lukeville, AZ. The role involves preparing work areas, handling materials, guiding panels, installing braces and mesh, and maintaining site cleanliness.

Overtime is required and a pre-employment drug test is required. Weekly per diem of $1,246 is available for qualified candidates, with a project duration of about one year and a paid hourly rate of $27.41 plus cash fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year experience (level I), two years’ experience (level II) and three plus years’ experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry is preferred.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the border fence panel installation crew by preparing the work area.
• Handle materials and guide panels into place.
• Install braces and mesh; maintain site cleanliness.
• Perform other general labor duties as directed.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and be available for overtime.
