Groundworks Construction General Laborer Job Description

Groundworks is seeking talented Construction General Laborers to join their team in Denver, CO.

The Installer is a vital member of our crew and will travel (in a company-provided vehicle) to homes in the general area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions. Candidates with previous experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, and landscaping would be a great fit for this position.

Job Responsibilities as a General Laborer:

Minimum Requirements to Join as a General Laborer - Installer:

• Loading and delivering materials from the warehouse to the work site.
• Performing setup and cleanup tasks at the work site.
• Diging and backfilling trenches or holes as needed.
• Lifting heavy objects.
• Walking and standing for long periods.
• Performing strenuous labor often under adverse conditions.
• Entering crawl spaces and confined areas.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting objects up to 50 lbs., walking, standing, and performing strenuous physical labor.
• Using muscles to support and lift heavy loads effectively.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination.
• Excellent stamina.
• Ability to read reports and data on screens.
