Job Overview

Cretepavers Inc. is seeking skilled Form Carpenters/Finishers to join our dedicated concrete construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork to support wet concrete, ensuring precise shaping and structural integrity. Your craftsmanship will be essential in preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures. Key Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble temporary molds (formwork) for concrete structures using wood or metal.
• Remove formwork carefully and prepare it for reuse.
• Operate hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and securing materials.
• Assist in pouring and finishing concrete to achieve smooth, durable surfaces.
• Install rebar and mesh reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use company-provided safety gear.
• Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in construction, form carpentry, or a related field preferred but not required-training provided for motivated candidates.
• Experience operating power trowels and performing professional concrete floor finishing
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, power equipment, and materials.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.

Schedule
