We are hiring Installers (Construction General Laborers) in Denver, CO.

The Installer is a vital member of our crew and will travel (in a company-provided vehicle) to homes in the general area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions. Candidates with previous experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, and landscaping are encouraged to apply for this position.

Job Responsibilities as a General Laborer :

• Traveling within the local area to work in customers' homes, serving as part of a high-performance team
• Installing our products and services under the supervision of trained professionals
• Being a team player committed to the success of the team and organization
• Listening well and following instructions closely
• Performing physically demanding work daily, with hard work being rewarded

Requirements to join as a General Laborer - Installer :

• Loading and delivering materials from the warehouse to the work site
• Performing setup and cleanup tasks at the work site
• Diging and backfilling trenches/holes as needed
• Lifting heavy objects
• Walking and standing for extended periods
• Performing strenuous labor under adverse conditions
• Entering crawl spaces and confined areas
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Physical requirements :

• Lifting objects up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for long periods, performing strenuous physical labor
• Using abdominal and lower back muscles to support heavy loads without fatigue
• Good manual dexterity and coordination
• Excellent stamina
• Ability to read reports and data on screens
