Summary/Objective

This position primarily assists in the flow of production.

Essential Functions

  • Observe all safety rules and policies
  • Maintain material inventory
  • Move raw materials through the installation area
  • Ensure parts meet proper specifications (size, dimensions, gauge, etc.)
  • Ensure sufficient parts are available at processing stations
  • Move completed parts to shipping
  • Assist in repairs as needed
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices

  • Read and interpret measurements, directions, and instructions
  • Help meet production goals and deadlines
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Operate tools such as screw, rivet guns, impacts

Supervisory Responsibility

This role does not have supervisory duties.

Physical Demands

This job involves indoor and outdoor work, including local travel. Requires talking, hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing ladders, and lifting over 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Position Type/Hours

Full-time, typically Monday-Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Use of hand tools

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
