Job summary

Freedom Construction and Painting LLC is seeking a hardworking Construction Laborer to join our Holyoke team. This hands-on role involves site prep, framing, finishing work, and assisting painting crews with prep and interior/exterior projects.

Candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and be a dependable team player willing to learn. OT paid at time and a half with some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather.

• Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, framing, and finishing work
• Support painting crews with surface prep, priming, and interior/exterior painting projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed by crew leads
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to efficient project completion
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal as needed

About the Role:

Freedom Construction and Painting LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Holyoke, CO. This is a hands‑on opportunity to be part of a dedicated crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right.
Overtime paid at time and a half. Must be willing to work some weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, framing, and finishing work
• Support painting crews with surface prep, priming, and interior/exterior painting projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed by crew leads
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to efficient project completion
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal as needed

Requirements:

• Previous construction or labor experience but not required — willing to train the right motivated candidate
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment a plus
