WorkRocket is hiring Construction Laborers near the Middleburg, PA area for year-round, full-time work on large commercial projects. The role includes travel with company-paid accommodations and per diem, with weekends at home.

Prior construction or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus, and dependable transportation is required. Applicants should be ready to work dayshift with multiple shift options and be prepared for outdoor, hands-on construction tasks in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable and hardworking with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Report to the shop and travel with the crew to commercial job sites.
• Five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, depending on the project.
• Assist with construction and installation of large-scale commercial site projects.
• Perform site preparation, material installation, grading, backfilling, and other general construction duties.
• Operate construction equipment and machinery based on experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and follow all safety procedures.
