Job summary

WorkRocket is seeking Construction Laborers to join our client’s team near Greensburg, PA. This role offers year-round work, steady pay, and hands-on training on commercial sites.

Earn $20–$35 per hour with company-paid travel and per diem, and home every weekend. You’ll operate basic equipment and support site construction on major projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Construction experience or ability to operate equipment is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to project sites with company-paid accommodations and per diem.

Responsibilities

• Report to the shop and travel with the crew to commercial job sites.
• Five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, depending on project.
• Assist with construction and installation of large-scale commercial site projects.
• Perform site preparation, material installation, grading, backfilling, and other duties.
• Operate construction equipment and machinery based on training.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and follow all safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the construction and installation of large-scale commercial site projects.
• Perform site preparation, material installation, grading, backfilling, and other general construction duties.
• Operate construction equipment and machinery based on experience and training.
• Perform outdoor, hands-on construction work in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and follow all safety procedures.
• Operate skid steers, rollers, and other construction equipment based on experience.
• Perform outdoor, hands-on construction work in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and follow all safety procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
