Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year field-based experience; construction/demolition preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools including oxy-fuel torch, breaker, drill, and demolition saw.
• Follow hygiene and safety practices to prevent lead exposure, asbestosis and silicosis.
• Sort and segregate materials by type.
• Move materials by carrying, shoveling, pushing or throwing.
• Perform safety-sensitive tasks.
• Work with hazardous materials.
• Work productively in various weather conditions.
• Perform strenuous work in full-body PPE.
• Walk and climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Comply with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies.
• Maintain regular and predictable performance.
