Job summary

Zero Impact Builders in Napa, CA seeks a motivated construction laborer to join our on-site team. You will perform concrete work, forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, and finishing, following plans and instructions from management.

You will handle conduit work, install basic utilities, load materials, dig trenches, and operate Bobcat, backhoe, and excavator. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are preferred; safety on site is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including concrete work, forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, and finishing per plans.
• Work with conduit, PVC, EMT, underground and overhead installations.
• Load and unload materials, dig trenches and backfill, operate heavy equipment, build forms and scaffolding, follow plans and directions.
