Job summary

Zero Impact Builders in Stockton, CA is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to support our renewable energy projects. You will perform general labor on job sites, assist with site preparation, material handling, and safety practices while following project instructions.

Duties include concrete work (forming, pouring, finishing), conduit and overhead/underground installations, trench digging, backfill, and scaffolding assembly.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing general labor and construction.
• Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Concrete; forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, finishing.
• Conduit PVC, EMT, Underground and overhead installations.
• Install transformers/switchboards.
• Load and unload building materials and equipment.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth.
• Operate heavy equipment (Bobcat, backhoe, excavator).
• Build or take apart bracing, barricades, scaffolding, and other structures.
• Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions from management.
