Qualifications

• Must be safety-minded and able to work in varying weather environments.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Must pass criminal background check for ATF.
• Experience in construction laborer helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn and develop skills for higher level tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Submit weekly time records to Blaster/Foreman.
• Learn safety aspects of construction sites and around explosives.
• Perform laboring activities as directed.
• Work unsupervised occasionally.
• Load/unload explosives from truck and carry stemming stone.
• Maintain clean, organized job site and participate in safety meetings.
