Job summary

Bryan Construction is seeking a Laborer to support site operations, perform a variety of physical tasks, and help keep the project site safe and productive. Responsibilities include housekeeping, assisting with startup protections, minor carpentry, concrete tasks, stormwater compliance, and supervising temporary laborers.

The role operates on a construction site with variable weather, requiring travel to multiple job sites and potential weekend or evening work.

Qualifications

• Experience operating hand tools (hammer drill, impact, grinder, skill saw).
• OSHA 30 completion is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly job site and support housekeeping duties.
• Assist with basic construction tasks including settling up and protecting floors and walls.
• Support carpentry duties and assist with concrete-related tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and report hazards to site supervision.
• Assist with demolition, traffic control, and utility trench work as required.
• Oversee temporary laborers and support superintendents and carpenters.
