Job summary

Bryan Construction is seeking a versatile Laborer to support site operations, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and help ensure on-time project completion. You will assist carpentry tasks, concrete work, and basic demolition while following all safety protocols.

The role requires hands-on experience with hand tools, the ability to travel to multiple job sites, and a high school diploma or equivalent (OSHA 30 preferred). Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating hand tools (hammer drill, impact, grinder, skill saw).
• High school diploma or equivalent; OSHA 30 completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly job site with housekeeping and organization of materials.
• Assist with job start-up protections and remove protections at project end.
• Assist with punch list items and small repairs for project completion.
• Support carpentry duties as needed.
• Install and maintain temporary weather protection.
• Monitor safety and ensure subcontractors follow site rules.
• Participate in demolition activities following safety protocols.
• Check tools/equipment for safe operation and report issues.
• Assist with concrete tasks such as placement, finishing, or mixing.
• Perform traffic control to manage vehicle/pedestrian flow.
• Dig trenches and perform minor groundwork for utilities or drainage.
• Support stormwater operations and environmental compliance.
• Oversee temporary laborers as needed.
• Assist Superintendents and Carpenters with general tasks.

Skills
