Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general construction experience or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules to determine dimensions.
• Knowledge of machines and tools used in construction or repair.
• Ability to measure lengths accurately with ruler or tape.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review jobsite needs with Foreman and Superintendents to understand scopes of work.
• Perform physical labor for site cleanup, rough carpentry, fencing, scaffolding, and more.
• Inventory supplies and place re-stocking orders with Foreman.
• Ensure compliance with Turner standards, safety codes, and site security.
• Track production and assist other craft workers as directed.
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and leadership daily.
