Job summary

Holder Construction seeks a Laborer to join the Operations team on our Chester, VA project. This is a full-time position designed to support field supervision and safety efforts on site.

Responsibilities include preparing worksites, moving materials, assisting carpenters, and helping load/deliveries. Candidates should have at least 1 year of construction experience, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety practices on a construction site.
• Ability to support field supervision and follow directions.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs and be on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the worksite.
• Assist safety team and field supervision.
