Job summary

Inch & Co. is seeking a hardworking Construction Laborer to support our growing division. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople to help deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects from the ground up, contributing to safe, on-time outcomes.

Prior construction or labor experience is preferred; entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs are valued assets.

Responsibilities

• Assists skilled tradespeople with framing, carpentry, masonry, and general construction tasks
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow directions from foremen and crew leads to keep projects on schedule
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on site
• Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site preparation as needed
• Support multiple trades and adapt to varying tasks across different job sites
