RJS Grading, a Raleigh-based civil excavation and underground utility contractor, seeks reliable Construction Laborers for future full-time openings in Wake County, NC. Work involves grading, utilities, and related site services with standard hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Travel within two hours and occasional overnight travel may occur on future projects. We value ownership, safety, and teamwork. Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with overtime above 40 hours per week, and

• Dependable, team-oriented candidate who can follow safety instructions.

• Able to perform basic outdoor site tasks on uneven ground.
• Willingness to learn and follow foreman directions.

Responsabilidades

• Help with site preparation, hand excavation, shoveling, raking, backfill, and cleanup as directed.
• Assist crews with materials, tools, and installation support.
• Use hand tools safely after instruction and keep work areas organized.
• Communicate with operators and spotters; follow safety rules and report hazards.
• Record time and job assignments and report progress to foreman.
