Job summary

Lester Building Systems in Little Falls, MN is seeking a Construction Laborer to support framing, finishing and building assembly at multiple heights. The role requires basic carpentry skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional 75 lb lifts, in varied weather conditions.

Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.50 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Full benefits, profit sharing, and a family-friendly atmosphere are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates would have previous carpentry experience or the strong desire to learn.
• Knowledge and experience using hand tools, power tools and various construction equipment preferred.
• Experience in post-frame construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic framing to exterior finish work.
• Construct a quality building including footings, framing, building accessories, and sheathing.
• Travel occasionally with per diem for overnight stays.
