Job summary

Sinacola is a 100% employee-owned company seeking a Laborer to perform physical construction-site tasks and operate hand and power tools as needed. The role supports site preparation, material handling, measurement, trenching, and equipment operation, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic near work zones.
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment of machinery.
• Load, unload, or identify building materials and tools per plans.
• Measure and mark openings for construction work.
• Dig trenches or backfill, compact and level earth to grade specs.
• Tend pumps, compressors, or generators for power and material movement.
