Job summary

Sinacola is seeking a Roller Operator to perform field labor at construction sites. You will operate hand and power tools, read plans, set up equipment, and maintain safe procedures to complete locations according to specifications.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent educational experience; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus.
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate power machinery such as shovels, dozers, graders in accordance with safety procedures.
• Read and interpret construction plans and digging plans.
• Prepare sites and manage materials per project plans.
• Ensure safe operation within machine capabilities.
• Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools and equipment.
