Job summary

You will support setting up work, keep areas clean, follow directions from superintendents and foremen, and adhere to site policies while working outdoors in all weather. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
• Effective communication with supervision and team members.
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools and layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist craftsman in setting up work and performing assigned tasks.
• Follow directions from superintendents, foremen and experienced crew.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly work areas; observe safety rules.
• Read warning signs and jobsite instructions; observe equipment operation for hazards.
