Job Description

A Construction Laborer/Driver will assist with various tasks on highway projects, working in different divisions such as Signs & Traffic Control, Fence & Cable, Structural Foundations, and Guardrail installations. Responsibilities include installing signs, fences, guardrails, operating heavy equipment, and performing related tasks.

Qualifications

• Driver's License (Required), CDL A or B preferred
• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and effective communication skills
• Construction experience and ability to operate power tools
• Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Work Environment and Requirements

Outdoor work in heat, cold, and rain; potential out-of-town projects; pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Compensation

$25.00 - $37.00 per hour
