Qualifications

• High school diploma or less.
• Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.
• Heavy physical activity with lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Adherence to safety policies and proactive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Dig, spread and level dirt, sand and gravel with basic hand tools.
• Directs common laborers in pouring concrete.
• Assists in installation of pipe and uses power/air tools.
• Erects shoring and bracing and maintains erosion control.
• Works outdoors in varying weather and follows safety rules.
