Job summary

Congruex is hiring Laborers to join a growing field team supporting diverse construction projects across the region. You will work safely, travel to various job sites, and assist with general labor, material handling, and site cleanup under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a basic understanding of construction, a valid driver’s license, and are willing to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Training is provided to perform tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in safety meetings and huddles.
• Operate tamping machines as specified and inspect equipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with trenching, shoring, backfilling, and conduit placement.
• Support concrete forming/ pouring and asphalt prep.
• Adhere to safety training requirements and pass random drug screenings.
