Job summary

Congruex, including its Gudenkauf subsidiary, is hiring a Laborer to support construction crews. You will perform manual labor tasks, assist with underground utility installation, and help maintain safe, organized worksites on projects nationwide.

As a Laborer you will participate in trenching, conduit placement, concrete and asphalt work, and support field crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Travel is anticipated 0–25% and compensation ranges hourly.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily safety and huddle meetings.
• Operate tamping machines and assist with equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Load and unload materials and maintain clean, organized worksites.
• Assist with trench excavation, conduit placement, potholing, and utility locating.
• Support concrete forming, pouring, asphalt preparation, and structure installation.
• Observe and promote safety compliance and report incidents as required.
