Crawlspace Medic is seeking a consistent and hard-working individual to assist our production crews in Athens, GA.

Overview: The main role of the Crawlspace Technician/Construction Laborer is to assist the Crew Leaders (structural and moisture) with scheduled repair work. The technician will also handle tasks such as tool inventory and errands as needed.

Competitive Pay: Base pay of $16.00+ (depending on experience/skill), plus performance-based bonus.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in construction and repairs, especially in crawlspaces, including structural repairs (sills, girders, joists, subfloors, piers) and moisture remediation (interior french drains, moisture barriers, dehumidifiers).
• Flexibility in duties from day to day and hour to hour.
• Valid Driver's License, DMV check clearance, and reliable transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professional interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Strong motivation to meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
