We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Laborer to join our Maltby team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload construction supplies manually and using equipment.
• Prepare and break down construction sites, including setting up signs, cones, and materials.
• Prepare patches, hand dig for locates, and operate jackhammers.
• Operate various equipment such as hand and power tools, rollers, and backhoes.
• Perform flagging duties as needed.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and practice preventive safety measures.

Specific Duties for Asphalt

• Measure and outline paving areas.
• Use rakes, lutes, shovels to level asphalt.
• Inspect and clean asphalt surfaces.
• Assist the paver operator as needed.

Specific Duties for Concrete

• Prepare sites for concrete pours, set forms, and ensure proper finishing.
• Handle and pour cement safely, ensuring quality finishes.
• Remove forms and clean tools and site after completion.
