We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our hardworking team! As an Outside Laborer, you’ll be an integral part of our projects, helping with a variety of tasks including site preparation, landscaping, and general labor. You’ll work alongside a skilled crew, contributing to projects that make a tangible impact. This opportunity is based out of our Warrenton, VA location.

The ability to travel 2-4 nights throughout the week on key projects and home on the weekends. Per Diem and hotel stay provided.

  • Morning Kickoff

    • Start your day by reviewing detailed work specifications and plans for the day’s tasks.
    • Conduct safety checks on all tools and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and readiness.
  • Tool Operation

    • Operate a variety of tools, including power tools like drills and circular saws, as well as landscape equipment like chainsaws and weed eaters, to perform critical tasks on‑site.
  • Hands‑On Erosion Control

    • Work hands‑on to implement erosion and sediment control measures, following detailed specifications to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
    • Assist in setting up and maintaining traffic control systems to ensure safety around the work area.
  • Problem‑Solving on the Go

    • Analyze the site and adapt to changing conditions, making quick decisions to address any challenges that arise during the day.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Continuous Learning

    • Expand your understanding of erosion control methods and traffic control protocols, applying this knowledge to improve your work each day.
  • End‑of‑Day Wrap‑Up

    • Clean and store tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next day.
