Olshan Foundation Solutions in Tampa, FL is hiring Foundation Repair Laborers to join a dependable, family-friendly team. You will perform physical outdoor work, including excavation and backfilling, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor including excavation, digging, shoring, and backfilling
• Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
• Safely operate company tools and equipment
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
• Work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for up to 10+ hours daily
• Physically demanding work involving repetitive bending, stooping, digging, and lifting
• Previous foundation repair, construction experience, and a valid driver's license s a plus, but not required
• $16-18 per hour
