Job Summary: The Special Operations Crew Member is responsible for a variety of property maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks. This role requires a versatile skill set and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete work orders, including asphalt and concrete repairs, landscape renovations, signage replacement, pressure washing, and winter services as needed.

• Location: Tacoma, WA
• Type: Full Time
• Salary: $27.00/hour

Description: The position involves night shifts, working 4 ten-hour shifts from Tuesday to Friday. Responsibilities include asphalt and concrete repairs, landscape work, signage replacement, pressure washing, and seasonal maintenance like winterization and snow removal.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction or property maintenance (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to interpret safety rules and operate work-related devices.
• Valid Washington driver’s license with a clean record; ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.

Additional Requirements: Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to work extended hours when needed.
