Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Construction Craftsman / Property Restoration Technician to join our on-site team in Shreveport-Bossier City, LA. You will perform hands-on carpentry, drywall repair, painting, trim work, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks on residential and commercial projects.

You must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to work with professional Milwaukee tools. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 75+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in several of the listed trades and ability to perform hands-on restoration tasks.
• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds and work with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform property make ready tasks, punch list repairs, drywall repair and finishing, texture matching, interior painting, trim installation, door/ hardware installation, flooring repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work, demolition and water damage reconstruction.
• Prepare and clean job sites; use organized trailers and company vehicles; maintain clean, organized work areas.
