Job summary

STS Construction Services is hiring a General Laborer for full-time, on-site work in Seattle, WA. You will work with experienced tradespeople on remodel and new construction projects for residential and commercial properties. Pay ranges from $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Benefits include paid medical and vision, two weeks of PTO, and a 3% employer match retirement plan. Schedule is Monday–Friday with early start times.

Responsibilities

• Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete materials.
• Assist various tradesmen with their projects.
• Handle and transport materials, cement, debris, and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
• Put up signs (signposts, cones).
• Set up and transfer temporary structures (scaffolding).
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.

STS Construction Services has full-time career opportunities for a General Laborer. Work alongside and learn from experienced tradespeople with opportunities for growth within the company. We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties with contracts forecasted over the next 3–5 years.
