Job description

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS + $500 RETENTION BONUS

Laborers needed for pipe and/or paving crews. Entry-level position with room for advancement. No experience necessary; applicants will be trained on the job with experienced staff.

Starting at $18+/hour, with potential increases based on ability and experience. Valid Driver's License and Drug Screen required. Local work only. Generous overtime policy, 40+ hours per week. Benefits include Health, Vision, and Dental insurance, Sign-on Bonus, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO), and a Retirement Program. Safety and Attendance Bonuses are awarded quarterly.
